Note on Appearance

I know the Calendar looks bad... but I just wanted to get it up and running and do the cosmetics later. Same for the Forum in general.
I have plans to add a great deal of features in addition to your suggestions. Awards, Badges, Stats, etc. coming shortly... I will log upgrades in the action items section. So suggest away!
